Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
Tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must still be attached
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Please note: For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, shapewear, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.
